MICA ACADEMY
Practical IT Training for Employees and Teams
Digital tools are only truly effective when people know how to use them in their own work. At the Mica Academy, you’ll receive clear explanations, practice with familiar tasks, and have the opportunity to ask questions right away.
The training sessions are tailored to the programs and topics our clients encounter on a daily basis. Professionals and organizations that are not yet clients of Mica IT are also welcome.
- Microsoft 365, Teams, Excel, ChatGPT, and Copilot
- For individual participants and groups
- Practical, interactive, and immediately applicable

Learn what you need for everyday practice
The Mica Academy is not a general-purpose training provider offering dozens of standalone courses. We focus on programs and skills that are relevant to our clients’ daily digital workflows: collaborating in Microsoft 365, working with Excel, the responsible use of AI, and handling digital information securely.
Knowing a program is not the same as being able to work comfortably with it. That’s why we don’t go through a long list of features and buttons. We start with familiar tasks, explain the options, demonstrate the steps, and give participants the opportunity to practice on their own.
That way, you'll not only learn how something works, but also when a particular approach makes sense.
Clear explanation
No unnecessary jargon, just clear explanations and plenty of opportunity to ask follow-up questions.
Practice on Your Own
The trainer demonstrates how something works. Afterward, the participants perform the steps themselves.
Familiar situations
The examples reflect tasks that people actually encounter during their workday.
Conscious Use
Where relevant, we pay attention to auditing, privacy, and the secure handling of information.
Which training program is right for you or your team?
Tell us what you want to learn, how many participants there are, and what your current skill level is. We’ll then work with you to find a suitable training course or group session.

3. Practice on your own
Participants perform the tasks themselves and can ask questions right away if something isn't clear.
